Valencia Fizz $17
A fresh, fruity and fizzy encounter. Commenced with belvedere pomarancza vodka, brandied cherries, a hint of caramel syrup, lime and cloudy apple juice. Finished with a refreshing crown of ginger beer, served tall with fresh cherries.

The Brandy Crusta was originally invented in 1852 by Joseph Santina whilst working at the Jewel of the South, in New Orleans. This drink is the precursor to the Sidecar and the Margarita. As such, this majestic cocktail should be revisited at least once in everyone's lifetime.
El Gringo $17
Inspired by the americano this is the perfect evening starter with equal parts punt e mes and campari, mixed with homemade orange and pink grapefruit soda. Served tall and refreshing with an orange and grapefruit peel.
The Americano was created by Gaspare Campari in the 1860s. During Prohibition, the Italians noticed a surge of American tourists, who enjoyed the cocktail. As a compliment to American visitors, the cocktail became known as the Americano.

Try our spin on the Spanish favourite, infusing apples and oranges, martini rosso and red wine for several days. Finished with an addition of home made lemonade. Served chilled from a soda siphon with ice and macerated fruit.
Sangria is a red wine punch and has been a popular drink in Europe for hundred years. The basic recipe consists of Spanish wine, brandy, lemonade and fruits. Sangria made its first appearance in America in 1964 at the World's Fair in New York.
Flamenco $17
As busy and elegant as the dance, this thirst quencher teams belvedere cytrus vodka with passionfruit puree, licor 43, invigorated with mint and cloudy apple juice. Served tall and icy with a mint shrub.

Plum Pisco Sour $17
Pisco is a brandy made in peru and chile.
The pisco sour is both the national drink of peru and chile, with it's origins the cause of many debates. Try our version of the pisco sour enhanced with santiago pisco and plum pisco, elderflower cordial, lemon juice and peach bitters. Served in a wine glass with purified ice.

Tequilero's $17
Share the spirit of mexico with this glorious treat which pays homage to the tequila producers of los altos. Don julio reposado tequila stirred delicately with lemon peel, honey and truffle syrup. Finished with lemon bitters, served in a balloon with purified ice.
Sazerac Sphere $18
The classic bartenders drink makes a welcome return with a contemporary twist, blending rémy martin gran cru and sugar syrup. Rounded with peychaud bitters and an absinth sphere, served in a balloon with lashings of lemon and orange peel.
Antoine Amadie Peychaud, a Creole apothecary, is given the credit for first inventing the Sazerac cocktail in the 1830s. In 1795, he immigrated to New Orleans from the West Indies and opened a drugstore called Pharmacie Peychaud.
The drink was named after a cognac which was originally used in making the cocktail- Sazerac de Forge et Fils.
