Our hams are cultivated from Iberian pig, which grazes for 18 months on herbs and acorns, and lives roaming free in the pastures and oak groves of southern Spain.
Ranging in colour from black to grey, the Iberian pig has little or no hair and a lean body and fine bones.
Jamon is cured according to ancient traditions for up to 3 to 4 years and is unsurpassed for its succulent quality and premium taste.
